Cambria Development Fund No.1
Cambria Development Fund is an open ended unlisted unit trust that aims to provide Investors with returns and capital growth potential from investments in a portfolio of property development projects.
The fund only invests in property development projects that meet our investment selection criteria, which includes the requirement that the minimum projected internal rate of return (IRR) for any project must be at least 25 percent per annum (before tax), unless the project is significantly protected from risk. Please note, this is not a forecast return on an investment in the Fund.
The Fund invests principally in residential or resort property development projects and master planned communities. This involves the purchase of land for rezoning to residential or commercial, through subdivision and subsequent sale and/or development. The investment in, and creation of, master planned residential communities may included the integrated development of residential homes, recreational facilities, roads and other infrastructure, retail and commercial facilities by the Fund.
