Stephen Reiffer – Managing Director
Perth, Western Australia is home to Stephen, Managing Director of Cambria Properties Ltd, holder of an Australian Financial Services License, and Cambria Property Group Pty Ltd the holding company. Stephen is a Director and Shareholder of several other private Investment Companies and has over 30 years experience in all facets of property including asset management and sales.
Stephen has worked in major organisations including Jones Lang Wootton and Colliers International prior to establishing Time Conti Sheffield with partners in 1987, a Real Estate Agency in Perth CBD, instrumental in the sales & marketing of major urban renewal projects e.g East Perth, Subi Centro, Joondalup and Ascot Waters.
Stephen has extensive experience in Commercial & Residential Asset management, refurbishment, new development projects, land subdivision and investor/client liason. Stephen is well respected by his industry peers and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Samantha Payne – Director
Samantha is a Real Estate Licensee and member of REIWA in Perth, Western Australia for Original Property Brokers and is also RERA certified in the MENA/ Dubai Real Estate Industry.
Samantha has a BA in International Business from UK and has spent the past twenty years running varying businesses and investments across the globe. Real Estate is her passion and she focuses on creating and increasing wealth for all clients. She spends much time researching to achieve the best possible investment opportunities and has an in-depth knowledge of local markets, trends, construction details, investment stats/forecasts and can provide a reliable view on current and future growth and demand.
Samantha has established business in the Middle East and throughout South East Asia. She has assisted many corporate and private investors to enter the Australian property & business markets through various acquisitions and development projects of hundreds of millions of dollars. Samantha is also a Director & shareholder of a number of private investment companies and an active member of FIABCI Australian chapter.
Michael Geh – Director
Michael is a Senior Vice-President of Raine & Horne International Zaki + Partners Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian Property Consultancy & Valuation Surveying firm . He holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Valuation & Land Economics, Curtin University of Technology, Australia. He is also a Registered Valuer & Real Estate Agent.
Michael regularly travels to Australia for business and has strong ties with Perth, Western Australia. He is familiar with the Australian and Indonesian property markets and as a valuer, is totally aware of the huge potential for targeted, structured and well managed overseas investment and development.

Roger Burrell – Director
Roger is a lawyer and consultant principally with respect to property, corporate and infrastructure, having previously been a partner at national law firms Clayton Utz (1987 – 2000) and DLA Phillips Fox (then Phillips Fox) (2000 – 2006) before setting up his own business, working mainly with property developers.
Roger has a broad range of experience ranging from assisting Property Trusts and Property Developers developing such things as the James Street Precinct and The Barracks in Brisbane, the Gateway Bridge Duplication in Brisbane, Sea World on The Gold Coast, Burrell Stockbroking (the family stockbroking business) and also assisting many smaller entities.
Roger has been at the forefront of providing advice to the managed investments industry for in excess of 26 years including providing advice to such entities as Suncorp Investment Management Ltd, Opus Capital Limited, Anthony Moreton Group Funds Management Ltd, Lend Lease Development Pty Ltd (in relation to Hyatt Regency Coolum), Trendwest Resorts Group (now Wyndham Group), ACCOR Premier Vacation Club, Classic Holidays Group, various trustees and custodians including Trust (previously known as Permanent Trustee Company Limited and Trust Company of Australia Limited), Hall Chadwick Securities Limited and many other property developers.
Rusmin Lawin – Director
Rusmin Lawin, born and raised in Medan, North Sumatra, holds various roles in business, political and social organisations and is recognized as one of the well-respected young leaders both within Indonesia and the ASEAN Region. Rusmin commenced his own property development company 16 years ago after graduating from Law School at University of North Sumatra 1994 where he was also Candidate of Master of Public Notary, University of North Sumatra.
